1st Annual Keepsake Quilting Outdoor Quilt Show
Complete Show and Registration Information

Join us for our 1st Outdoor Quilt Show in beautiful Center Harbor, N.H.!   Come view many stunning quilts or enter your own!  Space is limited to 100 quilts.
Hurry, time's running out for YOU to enter your own quilts! Remember, you don't have to be present to show! Registration ends July 31st.
An original registration form is required for each quilt.  You may register and pay your entry fee below, and your registration form will be emailed in your order confirmation– fill it out and enclose with each quilt for submittal.
This form serves as the show tag while the quilt is on display and must be completed in its entirety without exception.  We will accept registration forms including payment until July 31, 2014 or until the show is full. After July 31st, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your registrations. Requesting registration materials does not hold a place for your quilt(s). You will receive an email confirmation of your entries by August 2, 2014.


You do not need to be present to enter and show your quilts.  You may ship it to us and we will ship it back to you.  See Register Here link above on how you can both register and pay for your quilt return all at once.   You can win some great prizes, so we hope to see lots of your quilts entered!

Although this is not a juried quilt show, a panel of three judges will vote for

  • Best of Show ($500.00 Keepsake Quilting Gift Certificate)
  • 2nd place ($250.00 Keepsake Quilting Gift Certificate)
  • 3rd place ($100.00 Keepsake Quilting Gift Certificate)

Please be advised that quilts which fail to follow entry criteria and registration requirements will be rejected. Keepsake Quilting reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason and all decisions will be final. Each exhibitor may enter a maximum of 2 quilts in the show. Both of the quilts entered may be for sale.

A quilt is two layers of fabric with a batting that is stitched together with lines or a pattern. Quilting may be done by hand. by machine or tied."Raggy" quilts and quilts made from predominantly preprinted panels are not accepted. We do not accept raffle quilts from other groups. Quilts do not need to have a sleeve for our show.

Quilts must be at least 36" x 36" and may not exceed 104" in width or length. We cannot accept stuffed animals, tablecloths, shams or other non-quilt items. Shapes other than squares and rectangles are discouraged and may not be displayed due to difficulty in hanging in our show.

A fabric label sewn to the back of each quilt is required. The quilt name and exhibitor's name on the label should match the information on your registration form.

A $25.00 entry fee is requested per person (not per quilt).
Each exhibitor is limited to two sale entries.

The "Quilt Story" section of the registration form is for interesting information about your quilt and is limited to 200 words. We will return forms that are not complete and we do not hold space for quilts with incomplete registration information.
The deadline to
register quilts is July 31st. You will receive an email confirmation of accepted entries by August 2, 2014.

We only accept one quilt of a given pattern for sale from each quilter. Photos of sale entries are required with completed registration packets. Photos can be of the finished top prior to quilting, but please do not send a photo of the quilt pattern in lieu of a photo of your quilt. Keepsake Quilting handles all sales and retains a 30% commission. Checks for sold quilts are mailed within two weeks of the show date. Quilts entered for sale must adhere to copyright law.

Quilts in our show are hung outdoors in a 20 x 30 tent. Each exhibitor must sign a Release Agreement. An adult is required to sign the release for any entrant under the age of 18.

Quilts may be photographed by show attendees and the media, but photos may not be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the exhibitor. Submission of a quilt to Keepsake Quilting constitutes permission by the quilter/owner for it to be photographed. Keepsake Quilting may use images of any quilt submitted for promotional purposes.

Keepsake Quilting Outdoor Quilt Show reserves the right not to display quilts
that do not meet the Entry Criteria & Requirements.

In Person – Quilts may be delivered to the Keepsake Quilting shop between Friday, August 1st and Wednesday, August 6th during normal business hours.
If we do not receive your quilt by August 6th we will not guarantee it will be hung in the show.

Quilts that are shipped to Keepsake Quilting must arrive no later than August 6th in order to be hung.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday after the show.   Quilts can be picked up at the Keepsake Quilting shop on Sunday, August 10th - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Monday, August 11th - Wednesday, August 15th - 10 am to 4 pm.

We are happy to ship your quilt back to you. Return shipping must be pre-paid at the time of registration. Quilts will be return shipped by Wednesday, August 15th via UPS Ground.
