Great Fun to Learn and Complete!!!!

Diana Gabriele| 7/31/2020 10:19 am

Its been years since I have had so much fun making a quilt!!!! This design and technique was an absolute joy to learn and implement. I took a 7 day vacation to make this from washing to completing the top and I got it done. Robin Ruth's design and ruler construction process is sheer genius!!! You must be diligent in following her directions. This is an intermediate challenge quilt.

The reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because there were 2 fabrics which were cut short and I had to write to Keepsake to make the corrections. For the first I was able to piece the scraps to complete the one piece that I fell short on. The second was a mis-cut by Keepsake. They responded immediately to my alerting them of this error, and sent out the corrected piece. You must be quite diligent to ensure that you measure 3 x and cut once as there is little room for error.
