Return Policy

Keepsake Quilting has only one goal — your satisfaction!

We want to do everything we can to make sure that you're perfectly delighted with every product you purchase, every person you speak with and every experience you have with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 30 days from receipt of purchase for a refund, account credit or exchange* Returned shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.

Please look at your product to verify you have received the item(s) complete and free of damage. When you receive your kit or block of the month, fabric pieces are folded in and nested within each other. Please unfold the fabric and pull each piece apart to make sure you have everything listed on the pattern/package. If you receive an item(s) incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the delivery date to start a claim.

We believe that ordering fabric and quilting supplies should be just as much fun as quilting itself. If we ever fall short of our goal, please tell us. We value your friendship and trust above all.

Circle the item(s) you are returning.
Remember to pack it securely.

Once we receive items back in our warehouse, if you paid by credit card, your account will be credited approximately 2 weeks after we receive the package. For orders paid by check, money order or gift certificate, all refunds will be in the form of a credit on your account. Upon request, refunds over $20.00 may be issued a refund check. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

*Block of the Month and Keepsake Treasure Box Return and Cancellation Policy
Blocks of the Month and Treasure Boxes are not returnable, however, if any items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, so we can take care of the issue.

You may cancel your Block of the Month or Treasure Box subscription at any time. This will cancel the next automatic renewal. If you signed up for a 3-month prepay Treasure Box plan and then canceled after the first box, you would still receive the next two boxes that you have already paid for.
