Andrew Lee, known as The CombatQuilter, brings over 8 years of quilting experience, with a deep passion for the craft. As a three-time US Army combat veteran impacted by PTSD, he was invited to join a mens quilting group, where quilting became his therapeutic outlet and he hasn't looked back since.

Currently serving in the Tennessee Army National Guard with 23 years of service, Andrew has created more than 541 quilts for veterans, long-armed over 1,900 customer quilts, and is constantly seeking new ways to give back.

As a certified Army instructor, Andrew's meticulous attention to detail and eagerness to learn make him a skilled teacher, and he's regularly featured at quilting retreats across the country. His work has been showcased in magazines, quilting books, and at the prestigious International Quilt Festival in Houston, TX. 

One of Andrews latest achievements includes the launch of this fabric collection, Path to Freedom for Timeless Treasures. 

The Dover Stars Kit includes pattern by Tourmaline & Thyme and all the fabrics needed for the top and binding from the Path to Freedom collection. Finished size is 65" x 80". Backing available separately, 2-1/2 yards x 108" wide or 5-1/2 yards x 44" wide is recommended.
