Designed by Marilyn Foreman, this stunning star quilt is comprised of 8 different pieced blocks. No sashing or setting, so when you are done with the blocks, you are all done!

The Celebration Block of the Month features the Lodden & Trellis Palette collection by The Original Morris & Co. for FreeSpirit Fabrics. The Lodden & Trellis collection features birds, blooms, and branches in a new stunning palette of teals and golds. Prints also include timeless designs like Strawberry Thief, Pimpernel, and Lodden by William Morris, reimagined in beautiful washes that enhance the intricate details of his work while evoking a rich heritage feel. The Lodden collection spans a range of Morris & Co.’s most cherished designs, from later 19th-century works by C.F.A. Voysey to one of William Morris’s earliest designs, Daisy.

Each month for 8 months you'll recieve the pattern and all the fabrics needed for that section of the quilt. Finished size of this confident beginner project is queen, 90" x 90". Available separately is the 11-piece fat quarter bundle that matches back perfectly with this project and will be great to have on hand in case of any miscuts. Backing also available separately, 8-1/2 yards x 44" wide or 3 yards x 108" wide is recommended. A helpful ruler, but not required, is the 10-1/2" Square Ruler from Creative Grids (available separately - #CGR10).
