SALES TAX
The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment. Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
Our standard method of shipment is US Mail with normal delivery time being 7–10 business days.
For shipments to Canada, we ship US Mail with normal delivery time being 10–14 business days.
For international shipments, we ship by Airmail with normal delivery time being 4–6 weeks.

**We’ll do our best to get your order sent out within a day or two, but during special promotion times, occasionally fall a bit behind. Please let us know if you need need your fabrics for a deadline when you place your order-we’ll do our best to get it sent out quickly. **

We offer Expedited Delivery for most items.
You may choose this option from our website as long as your shipping address is not to a Post Office Box.
Ground is a 3-5 business day delivery service and is an additional $6.00, 2 Day delivery is an additional $12.00, and Next Day is an additional $20.00.
Please note that expedited delivery is for in-stock items only. Your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be sent out the next business day. Unfortunately, expedited delivery is not available for all items, or for delivery to rural routes, postal boxes or general delivery addresses. Please call Customer Service at 800-525-8086 for availability.

HOW DO I GET E-MAIL PROMOTIONS?
We regularly send out e-mails announcing upcoming events or advertising special sales. Please log in on our website and click on “My Account;” then go to Login Information, and click on “edit.” To be included in our e-mail promotions just click on the box so that a check mark appears. Then click “Update.”

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Go to "Login" on the homepage. Under "Returning customer," click on "Forgot password." Enter your email address, and click on “Send Email.” A link will be sent to you to reset your password.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS?
Go to “Login” on the homepage. Under “Returning customer,” enter your current email and password. Under “My Account” choose “Settings.” Select “Profile Information.” On the right-hand column, under “Email,” click on “Change Address.” Fill in required fields, and click “Send Verification Email.”

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Go to “Login” on the homepage. Under “Returning customer,” enter your current email and password. Under “My Account” choose “Settings,” select “Profile Information.” Choose “Update your password.” Fill in requested information, and click “Update.”

IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS ON BACKORDER, WILL I BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR SHIPPING?
NO. You are charged the total amount of postage and handling when the first portion of your order is shipped. All backorders will be sent when they are available with no additional postage and handling.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is sent.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
Delivery is guaranteed. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, it’s not your problem, it’s ours. Please contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order at customerservice@keepsakequilting.com or by phone at 800-525-8086. Let us know what the problem is and we’ll take care of it!

PRICING INFORMATION
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, or error in pricing information received from our third-party partners, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product or service listed at the incorrect price.

DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we offer special promotion codes on either select products or on your entire order. These discount codes are entered into your shopping cart and your discount amount will be reflected below the subtotal in your cart. Discount codes are not applicable to monthly product clubs, Block of the Month programs, loyalty club memberships, gift cards, items shipping directly from manufacturers or retail partners, sales tax or shipping & handling. Only one discount code can be used per order. Select codes are for single-time use. Discount codes do not apply to previously-placed orders. Coupon codes may be used online or by phone only.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Keepsake Quilting and Notions mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Keepsake Quilting and Notions (“Keepsake Quilting and Notions”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Keepsake Quilting and Notion’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotional messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from and on behalf of Keepsake Quilting and Notions via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Keepsake Quilting and Notions. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. If sending in the US or Canada, Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (855) 481-0336. If sending using an alphanumeric sender ID in the UK or Australia. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Keepsake Quilting and Notions mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
