How do I join the loyalty program?

Redeeming From Your Account (Before Shopping)
Log in, to your Keepsake Quilting account.
On your Welcome page, click My Rewards.
This will bring you to the Welcome to the Program page.
Select Redeem Rewards.
Choose Store KQ Cash – Activate Store Credit .
A pop‑up box will appear where you can select the specific dollar amount you’d like to redeem.
Click Redeem, then click Apply Code.
The system will automatically apply this code to your shopping cart.
Once redeemed, KQ Cash is valid for 30 days.
If you miss the Apply to Cart button, you can still apply your reward during checkout.
On the checkout page, look for the Rewards section. From the drop‑down menu, select the reward you’d like to apply to your account. Once selected, the discount will be added to your order automatically.

Redeeming During Checkout
If you prefer to apply your KQ Cash at checkout, simply log in when prompted. Once logged in, you’ll see a Redeem store Balance option on the right‑hand side of the checkout page. Enter the amount you’d like to use and click Apply.
How KQ Cash Is Applied?
KQ Cash is applied as a merchandise discount, which means it reduces your merchandise subtotal before shipping eligibility and other promotions are calculated. If your subtotal falls below the free‑shipping minimum after discounts, standard shipping will apply.
KQ Cash cannot be applied to shipping and handling.
Where can I see my credit balance?
Log in to your account! Your credit balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Does my credit expire?
Unused credit expires one year after it was earned.
When does my KQ Cash Rewards expire?
After you redeem your KQ Cash for a discount code, you have 30 days to redeem it at checkout or you will forfeit your code. KQ Cash cannot be reinstated after the expiration window closes.
What happens to my credit if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
What happens if I forget to apply my KQ Cash on an order?
We are unable to apply KQ Cash to an order after it is processed, however you are welcome to redeem your KQ cash on another order.
