This amazing applique quilt is quite delightful and full of life, welcome to the meadow! The center urn is bursting with florals and surrounded by a sweet sleeping fox, a squirrel, a rabbit, smiling frog, a perched parrot along with a butterfly, a lady bug, a dragonfly, a bee, a snail, oh and a cute spider too! The applique technique suggested is fused raw edge. Kit comes with pattern by SusanClaire Mayfield of the Gourmet Quilter and all the fabrics needed to complete the quilt top and binding, including prefused applique pieces, from the Frog Pond batiks collection by Hoffman. The quilt is made in blocks and joined together using a Quilt As You Go method. Backing available separately, 4 yards x 44" wide is recommended.
