When will my order be shipped?
We’ll do our best to get all in-stock items on your order sent out within a day or two. We appreciate your patience when, during special promotion times, we might occasionally fall a bit behind in our deliveries.
Items that are on backorder will be sent, with no additional shipping charge, as soon as the items are available.
When will my Block of the Month be shipped?
Our goal is to do a regular monthly shipment of your block of the month. On occasion shipments may be delayed. However, if over 30 days have elapsed since your last block-of-the-month shipment, please contact us.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order may be sent in multiple packages from multiple locations.
Our standard method of shipment is U.S. Mail with an average delivery time of 7–10 business days. For shipments to Canada, we ship U.S. Mail with an average delivery time of 10–14 business days. For all international shipments, we ship via airmail with an average delivery time within 4–6 weeks.
We offer Expedited Delivery in the United States for most items. You may choose this option from our website, as long as your shipping address is not to a Post Office Box. Ground shipping (3 - 5 business days) rate is $11.99. 2-Day delivery rate is $19.99 for purchases up to $100.00, $34.99 for purchases from $100.01 to $250.00, and $49.99 for purchases over $250.01. Next Day delivery is $49.99 for purchases up to $100, and $99.99 for purchases over $100.01.
Please note that expedited delivery is for in-stock items only and does not apply to back-ordered items. Your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday and shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be sent out the next business day. Orders delivered by 8 pm. Unfortunately, expedited delivery is not available for all items, or for delivery to rural routes, postal boxes, or general delivery addresses. How do you set your shipping charges?
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible. All of our shipping charges have been determined by researching the actual average cost of shipping our packages. Delivery is guaranteed!
