Patrick's Promise is a richly hued fabric collection designed by Chris Shulte for Marcus Fabrics. Inspired by traditional quilting heritage with a warm, timeless palette, the collection draws its name and spirit from a heartfelt personal story — a promise made to carry on a love of quilting. The fabrics honor classic American quilt-making traditions with a sophisticated, antique sensibility.
The Ribbons & Rainbows quilt is uniquely designed to use Patrick's Promise 2.5" x 44" fabric strips which feature eight color coordinating fabric designs in each strip. The pattern features a flowing ribbon pattern motif in a stylized rainbow of colors. The quilt kit includes pattern by Chris Shulte and all fabric needed to create a 60" x 80" quilt top. Backing is available separately, 4 yards x 44" or 2 yards x 108" is recommended.
